Dear All,
The School of Languages, Literacies and Translation will be holding an English singing contest, “So You Can Sing In English
1”, soon. Details of the contest are given below:
Date: 19th April, 2012
(Thursday)
Time: 2.00 – 5.00 pm
Venue: D10 grounds
The
aims of the contest are to improve the participants’ pronunciation and
increase awareness of the importance of pronunciation
among USM students. As such, the participants have been given a mentor
to help them to pronounce the words in their songs and correct
pronunciation has been made one of the main criteria for judging the
contest.
All are invited to attend this event.
